Payment Options

Levy contribution notices are sent to all lot owners providing reasonable notice prior to their due date.

Payments can be made by:

Pay over the internet via DEFT Online at www.deft.com.au by direct debit or credit card. Paying by credit card may incur a surcharge which is paid to DEFT Payment Systems and not your strata plan. To pay by direct debit, you will firstly need to register your bank account details at www.deft.com.au or complete a Direct Debit Registration Form. Please contact Macquarie Bank directly on 1300 134 902 for a copy. Once registered for direct debit, you will be able to make one-off levy payments or schedule future payments. You will also be able to view your schedule of past and future payments. You remain in complete control of when and how much you want to pay. Levies can also be paid by forwarding your payment to our office (PO Box 1098 Strawberry Hills NSW 2012 ). All cheques should be made payable to your Scheme or Association.
